Hit .283 with 28 home runs and 17 stolen bases in his first full season at Double A Corpus Christi...led the Hooks in home runs, RBI (95) and runs (97)...finished second on the team with 17 stolen bases (21 attempts)...represented the Hooks at the Futures Game in Pittsburgh and the TL All-Star Game...ranked among the TL leaders in several offensive categories, including triples (8-2nd), total bases (2nd-279), slugging (4th-.533), runs (3rd-97), RBI (5th-95), and extra-base hits (3rd-67)...batted .354 in April (35x99)...named TL Player of the Week for the week of May 8-14...hit safely in five of six games during the week, while smashing five home runs with 11 RBI...hit two home runs on May 10 at Arkansas...led the TL with 10 home runs in May...ranked seventh among all TL players with a .387 average (12x31) in the playoffs...was the TL postseason leader in RBI with nine...rated as the No. 6 prospect in the Houston organization by Baseball America heading into the season.
