Cabrera, the first player taken in the 2003 draft by Toronto, has put up some amazing numbers this season: .421 batting average, 11 homers and 55 ribbies in just 57 games. Cabrera, in three previous seasons, is a .293 lifetime hitter and has 82 roundtrippers......
