Minnesota (AP) - Ichiro Suzuki has won the 2004 Millennium League Batting Crown. Playing for the Twins, Ichiro hit .367 which placed third all-time in Millennium League history (Pujols hit .387 in 2003 and Bonds hit .368 in 2002). Ichiro broke the single season mark for hits with 264 - previously this was held by Albert Pujols with 252 in the 2002 campaign. Suzuki was the second player taken in the 2001 draft.
