Right fielder Andre Ethier hit 2 doubles and had 2 RBI at Pro Player Stadiumas the San Francisco Giants beat the Florida Marlins in 12 innings by thecount of 7 to 6.

Both teams had scored 4 runs after nine full innings. San Francisco wasvictorious in the 12th inning. Jeff Kent ripped a base-hit. David Wrightstepped up to the plate and he stroked a single. Wright swiped second base.Ethier came up and he slapped a single resulting in an exciting win for SanFrancisco and a raucous post-game celebration by the home town fans.
