Make no mistake about it - the Blue Jays and White Sox improved their teams by selecting some high quality talent with their first round selections. A year ago, the first two draft picks were pitchers - Carlos Zambrano (Minnesota) and Mark Prior (Cleveland).This season, the first two picks went to infielders: Miguel Cabrera, a young hard hitting third baseman selected by Toronto and Jose Reyes, a slick fielding, superfast shortstop by Chicago.
